Spectrum International Consultants, a leading provider of BIM & Digital Engineering solutions in Sri Lanka and the Middle East, is seeking skilled BIM MEP Modelers to join our team on a contract basis for a high-profile international project.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:-

· NCT / Diploma / HND in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or an equivalent field.
· Minimum 1–3 years of Revit drafting or BIM modeling experience.
· Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP).
· Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or BIM 360 is an added advantage.
· Good understanding of LOD levels, drawing standards, and Revit family creation.
· Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.

𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀:-
· Experience in large-scale or international BIM projects.
· Knowledge of COBie, IFC, and ISO 19650 documentation.
· Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:-
· Develop detailed 3D models for Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
· Produce coordinated drawings, sections, and schedules as per LOD300–LOD500 standards.
· Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ISO 19650 protocols.
· Perform model coordination and clash detection reviews when required.
· Maintain version control and data accuracy within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
· Support BIM team members in project deliverables and documentation.
