Mechatronics Engineer

We are hiring Mechatronics Engineers At Spera, we bring robotics to life — and we’re looking for Mechatronics Engineers who are passionate about building intelligent machines.

If you enjoy designing, programming, and integrating mechanical, electronic, and control systems to create real-world robotic solutions, this role is for you. Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

● 1–2 years of hands-on experience in robot or automation system development.

● Strong skills in SolidWorks or similar CAD tools for mechanical design.

● Knowledge of microcontrollers (e.g., ESP32, STM32, Arduino) and embedded programming

• Experience with sensors, actuators, and motor control systems (DC, stepper, or servo).

● Understanding of electronics, control systems, and basic PCB design.

● Ability to troubleshoot mechatronic assemblies and perform prototyping.

Added Advantages

● Experience in ROS, Python, or C/C++ programming for robotics.

● Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., Webots, Gazebo, or MATLAB/Simulink).

● Exposure to machine vision, AI integration, or automation workflows.

● Practical knowledge of 3D printing, CNC machining, or fabrication methods.

● Experience with system testing, debugging, and sensor calibration.

● Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

● Passion for hands-on prototyping and iterative design.

● Flexibility to take initiative and adapt to new challenges in robotics projects.
