We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our HR team for the following positions:

🔹 HR Interns (Colombo Area)

What You’ll Do:-
Support daily HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives
Assist in data management and HR analytics
Contribute to performance review and training processes

Who You Are:-
An undergraduate or recent graduate in HRM, Business Management, or a related field
Eager to learn, with excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong in MS Excel and comfortable working with data

🔹 Junior Executive – Performance Management

Key Responsibilities:-

Support the end-to-end performance management process
Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI
Analyze performance data and provide insights for decision-making
Collaborate with HR and business teams to improve performance systems and learning initiatives

Requirements:-

A degree or professional qualification in HRM, Business Analytics, or related discipline
Proven skills in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis
Strong understanding of Performance Management frameworks
Passion for Training & Development and continuous improvement
