Your Role:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies for our 3-wheeler EV range.
- Lead and mentor regional sales managers and dealer development teams.
- Drive performance, optimize distribution channels, and ensure achievement of ambitious revenue targets.
- Build strategic relationships across dealer networks, fleet buyers, and government stakeholders.
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the 3-wheeler or automotive sector.
- Proven track record of managing large sales teams and achieving aggressive growth.
- Strong network within the 3-wheeler distribution ecosystem.
- Dynamic, hands-on leader with a data-driven and customer-centric approach.
