Senior Executive – Warehouse

We Are Hiring – Senior Executive (Warehouse) Join our dynamic team at Contrinex Ceylon, a BOI-approved global production hub located in Wattala and part of the Contrinex Group, Switzerland. We manufacture high-quality sensors for the global market, maintaining strict Swiss standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities: – Maintain inventory accuracy through monthly physical counts & variance reconciliation – Lead warehouse operations with full involvement in daily workflows – Prepare raw materials for the workshop and manage finished goods dispatch – Plan and coordinate deliveries, exports, and freight forwarding – Identify stock variances and implement corrective actions – Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff – Drive productivity, cost efficiency, and process improvements – Maintain compliance with laws, ISO standards, and safety protocols – Handle dangerous goods as required

Required Qualifications: – BSc Degree in Supply Chain / Business Management (Specialization in Supply Chain Management) – Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment & 3+ years overall warehouse experience – Knowledge in SAP (essential) -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
