🔧 What You’ll Do

Carry out electrical design, documentation, and coordination for building services projects in alignment with IEC, BS 7671, IEE Wiring Regulations, IEEE, and local regulations.
Prepare and review SLDs, load calculations, cable sizing, lighting layouts, earthing and lightning protection systems, fire detection systems, and generator/backup power configurations.
Work on ELV system design and review including structured cabling, CCTV, access control, PA/BGM, and BMS integrations in accordance with relevant global standards.
Conduct electrical safety audits, thermal imaging inspections, and preparation of compliance-based audit reports.
Conduct energy audits and prepare energy audit reports.
Carry out ASHRAE 90.1–related analysis for lighting power density, controls, and energy-efficiency requirements where applicable for green building projects.
Contribute to green building certification documentation (LEED, EDGE, GreenSL), focusing on electrical and ELV-related credits, metering, energy efficiency, and system compliance.
Prepare basis of design (BOD), project management documentation, and tender documentation.
Carry out BOQ finalisation, shop drawing review, construction documentation review, construction supervision, and testing & commissioning.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

BSc. Engineering (Electrical / Electrical & Electronics).
Minimum 2 years of experience, including at least 1 year in building services (commercial/industrial).
Strong understanding of electrical building systems—DB/MDB design, protection systems, SLD development, cable routing, and earthing principles.
Experience with ELV systems is highly preferred.
Exposure to green building projects (LEED/EDGE/GreenSL), energy efficiency, or sustainability-related engineering will be an advantage.
Familiarity with ASHRAE 90.1 requirements for lighting and controls is beneficial but not mandatory.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with Revit/BIM will be advantageous.
