Key Responsibilities:
✔ Preparation of BOQs
✔ Cost estimation & budgeting
✔ Site measurements & material take-offs
✔ Preparing progress claims & valuations
✔ Coordinating with project teams & suppliers

Requirements:
✔ Prior experience in Quantity Surveying (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of construction materials & costing
✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✔ Good communication & analytical skills
