Arinma Holdings is looking for a motivated HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations and help drive key people initiatives across the business.
Key Areas:
Recruitment & onboarding
Employee engagement
HR records & compliance
HR policy support
Attendance, leave, and payroll documentation
HRIS and reporting
Requirements:
Degree in HRM/Business Administration
2-4 years’ HR experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of HR systems and labor laws
