Job Vacancy – IT Intern

We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy IT Intern with a strong willingness to learn and a proactive mindset to support our ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

The selected candidate will assist the IT team at our Colombo Head Office in maintaining systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to the enhancement of the organization’s IT infrastructure and processes.

Soft Skills Required:-

Excellent communication skills

Ability to train customers on technical matters

Able to work with minimum supervision

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Ability to work efficiently in a high paced environment

Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Technical Skills Required:-

Basic experience with Office 365 administration

Basic cloud experience with at least one platform AWS, Azure, or Huawei Cloud

Strong understanding of computer networking and firewall concepts

Basic experience using Jira or other service management systems
