We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive โ Production to join our team!
In this role, you will coordinate daily manufacturing operations, ensure quality and safety standards, optimize resources, and support continuous improvement while guiding junior team members.

- Coordinate and oversee daily production activities
โข Oversee daily production activities, material flow, inventory usage & WIP stock management
โข Monitor, analyze, and report production performance to management
โข Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure product standards
โข Maintain safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance (ISO/FDA/GMP)
โข Assist in production scheduling and operational adjustments
โข Support machine and equipment readiness
โข Ensure accurate and timely production documentation
โข Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence

โข Bachelorโs degree or diploma in Manufacturing Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
โข 2โ3 yearsโ experience in production, preferably in healthcare or manufacturing
โข Knowledge of production planning, material management, and team leadership in regulated environments
โข Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office
