Araliya Green Hills Hotel is seeking a dynamic and skilled IT Manager to oversee and manage all Information Technology operations within our property. We are looking for a reliable professional with strong technical expertise and proven leadership experience in the hospitality sector.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the hotel’s entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, PMS, POS, and communication systems.
• Ensure smooth functioning of software systems such as Property Management Systems, Accounting Systems, Inventory Systems, and other hotel applications.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and updates of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Monitor network performance and ensure uninterrupted internet and Wi-Fi availability throughout the property.
• Handle troubleshooting for all IT-related issues and provide timely support to all departments.
• Maintain data security, regular backups, antivirus protection, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Coordinate with external vendors, system providers, and service partners for maintenance and upgrades.
• Lead the IT team, allocate tasks, ensure compliance with IT policies, and conduct periodic training sessions for staff.
• Prepare IT budgets, maintain asset inventory, and ensure cost-effective technology solutions.
• Provide management with regular reports on system performance, issues, and improvements.

👤 Candidate Profile
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on managerial experience in an IT leadership role.
• Mandatory experience within the hotel industry (minimum 2 years).
• Strong knowledge of hotel operating systems such as PMS, POS, PABX, CCTV, and networking systems.
• Sound understanding of IT security, backups, and server management.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a small IT team and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
