Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging visual content for social media, website, email campaigns, and digital displays.
• Create high-quality print materials, including brochures, menus, internal communications, and promotional flyers.
• Ensure all designs align with the Mount Lavinia Hotel brand guidelines and luxurious image.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and F&B teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.
• Manage a library of design assets and ensure consistency across all visual communications.

Candidate Profile

• A degree or professional qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and current design trends.
• Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of creative and professional work.
