To keep up with demand and create capacity for new clients, we’re looking for a sharp Project/Operations Manager to take full ownership of delivery and execution across the agency.
This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves systems, and gets real satisfaction from seeing teams perform at their best.
What You’ll Own:
End-to-end project delivery
Team coordination & execution
Workflow & SOP optimization
Client operations & smooth onboarding
Capacity planning for scale
You’ll be the engine behind our execution, ensuring everything runs on time, at quality, and without chaos.
