Job Title: Business Analyst / Project Manager / Process Coordinator (BA/PM/PC)

Location: Vogue Software Solutions Pvt Ltd

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role: We are a fast-growing startup looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a combined BA/PM/PC.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can bridge the gap between business and technical teams, and supports process design, project planning, and workflow documentation.

You will work closely with the CTO and technical team to ensure smooth execution of projects and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:-

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Design and maintain workflow diagrams and process flows using draw.io, Mermaid chart, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools. Plan, monitor, and coordinate project activities ensuring timely delivery.

Collaborate with the CTO and technical team to align business needs with technical implementation. Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks and propose solutions.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation in clear English. Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

Technical Requirements:-

Understanding of software development lifecycles and technical concepts. Ability to create detailed workflow diagrams, process flows, and technical documentation.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Teams) is a plus. Basic understanding of databases, APIs, or system integrations is advantageous.

Skills & Qualifications:-

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

Proficient in creating structured documentation and visual process flows.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Experience working closely with technical teams and understanding technical requirements.
