📍 Position: Branch Manager – Kurunegala Branch
👤 Age: 25–40 years
Requirements:
G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or higher (Degree/Diploma in Finance, Business, or a related field is an advantage)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance, leasing, microfinance, banking, or a related industry
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to achieve targets and work effectively under pressure
