Trainee AI Engineer
We are looking for a motivated Trainee AI Solutions Engineer with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-driven applications.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in prompt engineering, AI agent development, and real-world AI system integration under the guidance of senior engineers.
In this role, you will contribute to designing, testing, and optimizing prompts to unlock the full potential of AI models across various business use cases.
You will also gain exposure to building intelligent workflows, AI-driven automation, and improving model behavior in practical applications.
Responsibilities:-
✅ Assist in designing and testing prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs).
✅ Experiment with prompt variations to improve AI response quality and consistency.
✅ Analyze AI outputs and identify issues such as inaccuracies or inconsistencies.
✅ Support the development and testing of basic AI agents using open-source tools.
✅ Help integrate AI models with APIs, databases, and simple workflows. Collaborate closely with senior engineers and document learnings and experiments.
✅ Stay up to date with new developments in AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
Qualifications :-
🟢 Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
🟢 Intermediate knowledge of Python.
🟢 Familiarity with AI/ML concepts; exposure to frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face is an advantage.
🟢 Awareness of LLM application frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar (hands-on experience is a plus, not mandatory).
🟢 Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts is an advantage.
🟢 Willingness to learn deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI applications.
🟢 Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn new AI technologies. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
🟢 Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow technical guidance.
🟢 Good communication skills and attention to detail.
