✨Job Summary
*We are hiring a ELV & Network Technician who can handle all technical work related to ELV, networking, and ICT infrastructure.
*The candidate must be hands-on, flexible, and capable of performing any technical task assigned under low-current, ELV, and IT network domains.

✨Key Responsibilities

1. Structured Cabling & Fiber Works
   *Installation and termination of Cat6 / Cat6A UTP & STP cables
   Fiber optic splicing, termination, and testing (SM/MM)
   *Rack installation, patch panels, faceplates, and cable management
   Working on ceilings, floor containment, and data cabinets
2. Testing & Certification
   *Perform Fluke testing for copper cabling
   Conduct OTDR & Power Meter testing for fiber
   *Troubleshoot network and fiber issues
   *Prepare test reports and handover documents
3. Labeling & Documentation
   *Proper labeling of:
   Cables
   Patch panels
   Racks
   Outlets
   *Maintain cable schedules and as-built documentation
4. ELV & ICT Technical Works
   *Handle technical activities including (but not limited to):
   *CCTV cabling and device installation
   *Access Control systems
   *Wi-Fi access points & IP phones
   *Public Address (PA) systems
   *IPTV, AV, Intercom, and BMS cabling
   *Basic installation and support for network switches and devices
5. General Technical Responsibilities
   *Perform any technical work assigned under:
   ELV systems
   Network infrastructure
   Low-current and ICT systems
   *Assist engineers during commissioning and testing
   *Provide on-site technical support and fault rectification
   *Support urgent site tasks as required
6. Site & Safety Compliance
   *Follow site safety rules and method statements
   Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
   *Ensure timely completion of tasks as per project schedule

✨Required Skills & Competencies:-

*Strong hands-on experience in ELV & networking
*Knowledge of copper & fiber cabling
*Experience with Fluke testers and fiber tools
*Ability to understand drawings and instructions
*Willingness to learn and handle multi-technology tasks

✨Tools & Equipment:-

*Experience
Fluke Network Testers
OTDR & Fiber Power Meter
Fusion splicer (basic/advanced)
Crimping tools, punch-down tools
Label printers

✨Qualifications
*ITI / NVQ / Diploma / Degree in:
Networking
ELV / Electronics
Electrical (Low Current)
Structured cabling or fiber certification is an advantage

✨Experience:-
*1–5 years experience in ELV / Networking / ICT projects
*Freshers with strong hands-on skills may also be considered

✨Candidate:-
*Requirements (Important)

Must be Sri Lanka citizen
*Willing to work on overseas projects (Qatar)
*Flexible to work extended hours or night shifts when required
Physically fit for field and site work
*Good teamwork and discipline
*Good communication and documentation skills
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
