The Insights Initiative is looking for a Data Analyst to contribute to our quantitative research and data analysis across key projects, including the Sri Lanka Barometer (SLB) and other thematic studies on governance, reconciliation, and civic engagement.

This is a mid-level role for an analytically minded professional who values methodological rigour, ethical data practices, and the power of evidence to inform policymaking and public dialogue in Sri Lanka.
