As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly capable Senior Project Manager (Female) to lead and manage complex software development initiatives.

Role Overview:-

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely delivery, operational excellence, and alignment with business objectives.

This role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, and the ability to bridge technical teams with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :-

-Lead and manage software development projects end-to-end across the SDLC

-Act as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies

-Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD and deployment processes

-Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards

-Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies

-Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members

Qualifications & Experience :-

-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management within software development

-Proven hands-on experience as a Scrum Master

-Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools

-Broad technical knowledge of software systems and development methodologies

-Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Competencies

-Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for project tracking and delivery

-Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines

-Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-performance environments What We Offer
