HR intern
Hey there! We are looking for a HR intern who will be working under the supervision of the Human Resource Operations Head in Sri Lanka.
This will be a one-year internship that will help to gain knowledge of the company’s procedures and instill a professional work ethic in the individual.
Job Responsibilities:-
* Support in Managing the Employee Lifecycle (Global).
* Initiate background verification of shortlisted candidates and existing employees by coordinating with third party vendor.
* Contribute to efforts to improve the internal flow of the background verification process with the assistance of external suppliers to achieve maximum delivery efficiency and to be compliant with internal and client audits.
* Ensure the completion of onboarding documentation for new joinees.
* Assist in conducting orientation program and briefing to new joinees.
Job Requirements:-
* Full or partial qualification in human resources management degree.
* Excellent communication, administrative and documentation skills.
* Be computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point.
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, willingness to develop and learn new skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and efficiently.
* Have a positive and proactive attitude towards work.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Always maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
