Position- Senior Business Analyst.
Employment Type- Full-Time.
Working Model- Hybrid.
Office Location- Kapuwatta, Jaela (Office attendance required once per week and as needed for business meetings)
About the Role- Fetchseed (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team.
This role involves close collaboration with international clients and internal technical teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Requirements–
*Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
*Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar role within software product development or project-based environments (Internship or trainee experience will not be considered).
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and bridge business and technical teams
*Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing software requirements.
*Strong capability to collaborate with stakeholders to define and formalize business requirements and solution needs.
*Additional Competencies Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meeting strict deadlines.
*Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
*High level of diligence and resilience, with the ability to perform under pressure.
*Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail
*Ability to research, learn, and adapt quickly to new technologies and concepts Effective time management and organizational skills.
*Sound knowledge of project management principles and practices.
