We’re Hiring: Senior HR Executive | Revox

We’re looking for a Senior HR Executive who can take ownership of core HR functions while helping shape a positive, engaging, and well-governed work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
🔵 Manage end-to-end HR generalist functions including onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, confirmations, and exits
🔵 Strengthen and streamline HR systems, policies, SOPs, and internal processes
🔵 Drive employee performance management, probation, and annual evaluations
🔵 Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and company policies
🔵 Partner closely with management on people-related initiatives and decisions
🔵 Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives across the organization

What We’re Looking For:
🔵 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Senior HR Executive
🔵 CQHRM or a Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Management
🔵 Strong understanding of labour law and HR best practices in Sri Lanka
🔵 Ability to balance approachability with authority
🔵 A proactive, independent professional who takes ownership
