WE’RE HIRING | CHEMICAL & PROCESS ENGINEER (SENIOR EXECUTIVE) 🚨

📍 Location: Buttala Factory
🏭 Department: Production

We are looking for a passionate and driven Chemical & Process Engineer to join our manufacturing operations. This is a great opportunity for professionals in the dairy/food processing industry who are eager to work with advanced production technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

✔ Optimize and control dairy production processes, including spray drying, evaporation, pasteurization, and sterilization
✔ Ensure efficient operation, energy optimization, and minimal downtime of major equipment
✔ Analyze process data to drive productivity, quality, and cost improvements
✔ Support TPM and preventive maintenance initiatives
✔ Ensure compliance with FSSC, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards
✔ Lead Lean Manufacturing & continuous improvement projects
✔ Manage RO Water Plant & Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations
✔ Collaborate with Production, QA, Maintenance, R&D, EHS & Supply Chain teams
✔ Mentor junior engineers and production staff
✔ Prepare production, audit, and sustainability reports for management

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering / Food Science / Dairy Technology or related field
🔹 Minimum 3 years’ experience in dairy or food processing operations
🔹 Hands-on exposure to spray drying (preferably 10 MT/day), evaporators, pasteurizers & sterilized milk
🔹 Experience in FSSC, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certified plants
🔹 Knowledge of RO Water Systems & ETP operations
🔹 Exposure to Lean Manufacturing / TPM will be an added advantage
