Role Description:-

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Engineering Manager located in Ja-Ela, Sri Lanka.

The Mechanical Engineering Manager will oversee engineering projects, lead and supervise teams, manage the design and fabrication of mechanical systems, and ensure the implementation of engineering best practices.

The role includes coordinating with clients, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety across projects.

Qualifications:-

In-depth knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and practices
Proven expertise in Engineering Management and Project Management
Steel fabrications and workshop experience is a must

Strong Team Leadership capabilities to guide and motivate multidisciplinary teams
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and related software
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 03 years experience or equivalent or NDT / NDES / HNDE with 07 years expeirnce
Professional certifications in project management or engineering are a plus
