📢 Vacancy – Branch Manager (Kandy)

Associated Motor Finance Company PLC (AMF) is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Kandy Branch.

Key Responsibilities :-

Oversee overall branch operations and profitability.

Achieve business targets in lending, recoveries, and deposits. Lead, coach, and develop branch staff.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Build and maintain strong customer and community relationships.

Manage credit quality and minimize operational and credit risk.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in the finance/banking industry.

Experience as a Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager preferred.

Strong leadership and people management skills. Sound knowledge of credit, recoveries, and branch operations.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
