Ultra Aluminium (PVT) LTD, a leader in the production of high-quality aluminium profiles, powder coating, and anodized finishes, is seeking a competent, detail-oriented, and result-driven Marketing Admin to join our team!

This role is central to our Sales & Marketing department, ensuring smooth end-to-end operations through advanced analytics, ERP management, and cross-functional coordination. If you are a data-driven professional with a knack for organizational excellence, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management: Prepare, process, and manage sales and marketing orders within the ERP system, verifying all pricing and terms.

Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor orders from confirmation through production and dispatch to ensure timely final delivery.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary link between sales teams and internal departments like Production, Warehouse, and Finance.

Data & Analytics: Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and prepare comprehensive performance reports to identify market trends.

Master Data Integrity: Maintain 100% accuracy in customer information, product details, and pricing structures within our systems.

What We are Looking For:

Technical Expertise: Essential proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and support process optimization initiatives.

Communication: Exceptional coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.

Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet strict deadlines, and support reporting automation.
