As we scale our technology arm, OS Tech is hiring for:
- Mid-Senior Mobile App Developer (Flutter)
- Associate Backend Developer
We are seeking engineers who are capable of building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems in a fast-paced environment serving international markets.
Mid-Senior Flutter Developer – Key Expectations:
- 3+ years of professional Flutter development experience
- Strong proficiency in Dart
- Deep understanding of mobile architecture (MVVM, Bloc, Provider)
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs
- Ability to write clean, reusable, and scalable code
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and testing practices
- Experience with fintech or secure applications is a plus
Associate Backend Developer – Key Expectations:
- 1–2 years of backend development experience
- Strong knowledge of Node.js / PHP / Python / Java
- Experience with Laravel or similar frameworks
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and JSON
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Mandatory)
- Experience practicing TDD and writing automated tests
- Strong database knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase)
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
