Reservation Executive

We’re expanding our team at EKHO Hotels & Resorts.
As we continue to grow and strengthen our presence across Sri Lanka, we are looking for a dynamic Reservations Executive to join our Corporate Office in Colombo.

This role sits at the heart of our revenue and guest journey, managing inquiries, maximizing conversions, and building strong relationships with travel partners and direct guests.
If you have:

• 2+ years of hospitality experience
• Strong CRS & OTA knowledge
• A passion for communication and detail
• A drive to convert opportunities into confirmed stays
