Key Responsibilities
Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Operate cash registers and POS systems
Process cash, card, and digital payments
Maintain accurate billing and financial records
Provide exceptional customer service
Support basic inventory coordination
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
Work collaboratively with the retail team to enhance customer experience

Shift Details
📍 Duplication Road
1st Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No meal provided)
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Meal + transport provided)
📍 One Galle Face Mall
Work hours extend until 10:30 PM
During peak seasons, shifts may extend up to 12 hours

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of cashier/retail experience
Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends
Strong communication skills in English
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
