We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Manager

Lucky Lanka Milk Processing Company PLC is seeking a passionate, experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at our Matara Kamburupitiya Factory.

If you have a strong background in food safety, quality management systems, and dairy/food manufacturing, this is a great opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our products.

Key Highlights of the Role:

Lead and manage Quality Assurance and Food Safety Management Systems

Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations

Oversee quality control across production, packaging, and distribution

Manage audits, laboratory testing, and continuous quality improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA within food or dairy manufacturing

Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000
