As part of our global expansion, this multinational organisation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our Sri Lanka Country Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and manage the overall operations of the Sri Lanka office

• Drive business growth, partnerships, and market development in the region

• Oversee the delivery and promotion of professional sales qualifications, training programmes, and development initiatives

• Build strong relationships with corporates, training partners, and industry stakeholders

• Lead and develop sales, marketing, and operational teams

• Ensure alignment with the global vision, mission, and professional standards of ISP

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

• 8–10 years of managerial experience, preferably in professional education, training, or corporate development

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development capabilities

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills

• Passion for professional development and elevating the sales profession

• Age below 45 years Location
