We Are Hiring Production Executive

Uswatte Essential Foods (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Production Executive to join our dynamic team.

Location: Bandaragama / Millaniya

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute production schedules to meet daily output targets.

Coordinate with shift supervisors to ensure manufacturing efficiency and growth.

Monitor production quality and analyze waste or downtime trends.

Manage shop-floor operations and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Support new product development and scale-up activities.

Maintain relationships with maintenance, quality, and store departments.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in a similar role.. Experience in FMCG industry.

Experience in spices industry would be an added advantage.

Strong leadership and analytical skills.

Technical thinking with a results-driven mindset.
