🔹 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis

🔹 Mandatory experience in the Insurance domain

🔹 Strong skills in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation

🔹 Experience in stakeholder management and communication

🔹 Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications

🔹 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

🔹 Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

What you’ll do:

🔸 Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements

🔸 Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities

🔸 Prepare clear and concise documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)

🔸 Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation

🔸 Support testing and validation of solutions
