TheTaxi is looking for an entry-level IT and Digital Support Executive to join our team. This role is suitable for candidates after A/Ls who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in IT support, digital coordination, and platform operations.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and similar channels, along with a basic understanding of IT support, digital tools, and user account management.

The role includes coordinating, communicating, and documenting issues related to our app and website with our web and app development teams. The candidate will also help with creating and managing Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts, supporting day-to-day digital tasks, and coordinating with drivers when required to resolve software or app-related issues.

We are looking for someone who is punctual, organised, a fast learner, and able to think critically and solve problems.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Coordinate and document app and website issues with web and development teams
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and follow up on issues
• Create and manage Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 user accounts
• Provide basic IT and digital support
• Coordinate with drivers when needed to identify and resolve software or app-related issues
• Assist with social media-related tasks across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Maintain proper records of issues, updates, and follow-ups

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Completed A/Ls or higher
• Good knowledge of social media platforms
• Basic understanding of IT support and digital systems
• Ability to learn quickly
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must be punctual, responsible, and organised
