Senior & Junior Fashion Designers

At Martex Group, we are shaping the future of fashion through innovation, sustainability, and creativity.

We are looking for passionate Fashion Designers who can transform concepts into trend-setting collections and bring our brand vision to life.

What You’ll Do:-

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, fabrics, and techniques.

• Collaborate with the design team to define seasonal themes, refine collections, and develop innovative concepts.

• Ensure product ranges align with the business strategy set by the Manager – Design & Innovations.

• Develop detailed tech packs for production.

• Partner with pattern-making and 3D design teams to bring 2D and 3D styles to life.

• Ensure all designs meet brand standards, quality benchmarks, and cost requirements.

• Present storyboards, mood boards, color palettes, and samples to buyers confidently.

• Prepare engaging digital presentations for collections and product launches.

• Lead creative visual merchandising for buyer meetings.

• Apply circular design and sustainability principles wherever possible.

Who We’re Looking For:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in fashion design with strong conceptual and technical skills.

• Exceptional creativity and the ability to turn briefs into market-ready designs.

• Proficiency in CAD tools (Microsoft PPT/Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Experience in 3D virtual design is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
