• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
