Join our team as a Creative Producer and lead the development and execution of compelling digital content. This role is ideal for someone who can transform ideas into engaging productions while coordinating creative teams and ensuring high quality output.
Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and execution of video and digital content projects
• Develop creative concepts for shows, campaigns, and branded content
• Coordinate with writers, presenters, editors, and production teams
• Manage production schedules, workflows, and deliverables
• Ensure content aligns with brand direction and audience expectations
• Oversee the production process from concept to final delivery
Requirements
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in content production, media, or a similar role
• Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
• Strong understanding of digital media and content formats
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
