Job Title: Architect

Job Description:-

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for architecture and design, along with the ability to contribute to projects from concept through to documentation and project coordination.

This role requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively while ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, construction documentation, and detailed design plans.

• Develop and maintain accurate construction detailing documentation.

• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.

• Assist in project coordination and administration.

• Produce 3D models and renderings to support design presentations.

• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.

• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.

• Minimum 1+ years of proven local professional experience.

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D rendering tools.

• Excellent construction documentation and detailing skills.

• Good understanding of project administration processes.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

• Confidence to interact with clients and manage project responsibilities.

• Ability to meet project deadlines and manage time effectively.

• Strong passion for architecture and design efficiency.
