We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance

We are a well-established decorative paints manufacturing and distribution company, recognized for our commitment to service excellence and high-quality products, including leading brands such as SF Skim Coat and SF Aqua Guard.

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and result-driven professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

✔ Ensure product and process quality meets required standards before delivery

✔ Establish and monitor quality parameters and systems

✔ Coordinate with Production, Sales & Marketing teams to meet market requirements

✔ Ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory standards

✔ Support R&D in new product development

✔ Identify cost-effective alternative raw materials

✔ Lead QA team activities and internal audits

✔ Work with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

🎯 Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry / Polymer Science or related field

✔ 4–5 years’ experience in a similar capacity

✔ Strong knowledge of ISO and quality management systems

✔ Leadership skills with the ability to manage a QA team

✔ Team player with willingness to travel
