Royal Nursing Home (Pvt) Ltd. established in 2007 is one of Sri Lanka’s pioneer & premier nursing service providers with over 1,200 staff members. We provide home nursing services, nursing home facilities, industrial nursing services, 24 hour ambulance services & medical equipment importation services.
We are seeking a qualified & experienced Human Resource Manager to join our management team
Candidates should have:
- A Degree in HRM, Business Management, Public Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field
- Additional qualifications such as CIPM, IPM, MBA-HRM will be an advantage
- Minimum 10 years’ HR experience, including 2–3 years as HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager in an organization with over 1,000 employees
- Strong knowledge of HR administration, labour law, employee relations, recruitment, disciplinary procedures & performance management
- Excellent leadership & communication skills
- Age below 55 years
- Fluency in English and Sinhala. Tamil will be an added advantage
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m. Saturday: 8.30 a.m. – 2.00 p.m.
Salary & Benefits
Rs. 300,000 – Rs. 325,000 basic salary plus allowances, negotiable according to qualifications & experience. Permanent employment with annual salary increments.
