Twixen is looking for a talented and responsible IT / Digital / Social Media Executive to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who has knowledge of IT, digital marketing, social media, online tools, CRM systems, websites, Android apps, APIs, and AI tools.

📍 Work Location: Mount Lavinia

Key Requirements:
✅ Good knowledge of IT, digital marketing, social media, and online tools
✅ Basic understanding of APIs, CRM systems, websites, Android apps, and AI tools
✅ Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
✅ Ability to troubleshoot issues, test systems, and identify errors
✅ Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
✅ Must follow approval procedures, security rules, and confidentiality standards
✅ Fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil is a must
✅ Experience in social media, digital campaigns, content coordination, or tech support will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage and monitor company social media platforms
🔹 Post approved content, offers, reels, videos, and updates
🔹 Respond professionally to messages, comments, inquiries, and reviews
🔹 Support API integrations, lead capture, data syncing, testing, and issue reporting
🔹 Assist with CRM updates, database management, lead tracking, and reporting
🔹 Support Android app and web application testing and maintenance
🔹 Use approved AI tools for content support, reporting, and workflow improvement
🔹 Research new technology and suggest practical digital improvements
