We Are Hiring – Electrical & Electronics Engineers                                                                      At Spera, we transform innovative concepts into intelligent, electrified solutions and we’re looking for driven Electrical & Electronics Engineers to join our growing robotics and engineering team. If you are passionate about circuit design, embedded systems, power electronics, and building smart technologies that bring machines to life, this role is for you.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics (or equivalent).

* 1–2 years of hands-on experience in electrical/electronics design or embedded systems development.

* Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, or Eagle.

* Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, signal processing, and power systems.

* Experience with microcontroller platforms (STM32, Arduino, ESP32, or similar).

* Solid understanding of control systems, feedback loops, and actuator interfacing.

* Ability to read and produce electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Added Advantages

* Experience in robotics, automation, or IoT hardware development.

* Familiarity with motor control systems (BLDC, stepper, servo) and drive electronics.

* Knowledge of wireless communication protocols (Zigbee, LoRa, BLE, Wi-Fi).

* Exposure to MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, or SPICE-based simulation tools.

* Understanding of renewable energy systems and battery technologies.

* Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
