We are looking for passionate and committed individuals following or completing a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management, IT, Psychology, or a related field to join our growing digital transformation team.

Position Details   

• Role: Digital HR Intern  

 • Internship Type: Paid Internship

  • Workplace Type: Remote / On-site (Hybrid options available)

Job Role

  • Assist in digital HR operations and recruitment processes.  

 • Work with AI-centric HR systems and automation platforms.   

• Support AI model-based employee engagement and talent management initiatives.

  • Assist in CV screening, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation.

  • Coordinate onboarding and internal communication activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects.  

 • Support research and implementation of modern HR technologies and AI tools. Requirements  

 • Good communication and interpersonal skills.  

 • Interest in AI technologies, digital systems, and modern HR practices.  

 • Basic knowledge of HR processes and administration.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
