Interior Technical Officer & Project Coordinator

Position: Interior Technical Officer cum Project Coordinator

LA7 Interior Studio (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a smart, responsible, and hardworking person to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
-Prepare BOQ and quotations
-Prepare AutoCAD drawings and basic interior drawings
-Visit sites and take measurements
-Coordinate with factory staff, carpenters, and subcontractors
-Check site work progress and report to management
-Prepare material quantity details
-Handle project documents, site photos, and work updates
-Support interior design and furniture manufacturing projects
Requirements
-Knowledge of AutoCAD is required
-Knowledge of SketchUp will be an added advantage
-Experience in interior, furniture, melamine, ceiling, wall paneling, or fit-out works preferred
-Ability to visit project sites when required
-Good communication and coordination skills
-Must be responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
