We’re Hiring: Manager – Technical Training

Are you passionate about beauty, grooming, and developing people?

British Cosmetics is looking for an experienced Manager – Technical Training to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone with:

At least 2 years of managerial experience in a similar role

A passion for training and coaching teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Fluency in Sinhala, English, and Tamil

About the role:

Travel across our island-wide branch network

Identify training needs and develop training programs

Conduct technical and product training sessions

Participate in beauty workshops and promotional events

Work closely with sales teams to drive performance and service excellence
