𝗕𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗿𝗶 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗮’𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗦𝗰 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

The MSc Data Science Programme at NIBM, awarded by Coventry University, is seeking a passionate, professional, and relationship-oriented Program Success Executive on a contract basis to lead the candidate engagement and student onboarding journey.

This role goes beyond admissions. You will work closely with managers, senior managers, directors, and industry professionals, delivering exceptional experience while contributing to the programme’s growth, operational excellence, industry engagement, and market positioning.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Engage with prospective MSc Data Science candidates through consultations and follow-ups.
• Guide professionals through the application, registration, and on boarding process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and corporate partners.
• Deliver an outstanding student experience from inquiry to enrollment.
• Coordinate with academic and operational teams to ensure seamless programme delivery.
• Support industry engagement initiatives, networking events, and programme promotions.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates throughout the enrolment lifecycle.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance operational excellence and strengthen the programme’s market presence.

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Customer-focused with exceptional organisational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior professionals and corporate executives.
• Experience in higher education, customer success, business development, admissions, or relationship management will be an added advantage.
