We’re looking for candidates with:

🔹 Strong foundations in Object-Oriented Programming — Java preferred

🔹 Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud ecosystem

🔹 Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and gRPC services

🔹 Proficiency in SQL and relational database design (PostgreSQL preferred)

🔹 Understanding of microservices and distributed systems architecture

🔹 Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate

🔹 Ability to write clean, testable code with unit & integration tests

🔹 Good communication and teamwork skills

🔹 Experience with Angular, React for frontend development is a plus

🔹 Experience in the insurance domain will be an added advantage

What you’ll do:

🔸 Design and develop insurance platform components and APIs

🔸 Work on underwriting, claims, and policy lifecycle systems

🔸 Build and maintain microservices using Spring Boot and gRPC

🔸 Develop and optimise backend services for policy management, reinsurance, and financial operations

🔸 Integrate with client-specific systems and third-party platforms

🔸 Collaborate closely with business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams

🔸 Participate in Agile sprint-based delivery and code reviews
