Responsibilities:-

• ability to reply to DMs daily and engage in customer conversations achieving daily targets via social media platforms and WhatsApp

• identifying customer needs/ requirements and address to their needs

• Daily email checking

• Stay on top of industry trends

Qualifications:-

• English and Sinhala proficienc

• Knowledge in Microsoft package excellent communication skills

• Strong customer service skills

previously working in social media management is a plus

Requirements:-

• ability to fulfil daily orders

• ability to manage stocks within given budgets supplier and distribution management

• dispatch and delivery

Qualifications:-

• English and Sinhala literacy

• knowledge in Microsoft packag

• Customer service skills required

• School leavers preferred➡Colombo Area
