MIS Engineer

We’re Hiring: MIS Engineer

Location: On-site in Colombo, Sri Lanka

Company:- Ant labs

Own the backend systems that keep the business running – Microsoft 365 tenant, servers, networking, Linux, and automation. You will also drive Al-assisted tooling and process improvement, and coordinate on-site tasks through the local IT Support Executive.

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum 5 years experience after graduation and excluding internships

Solid hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services

Strong Windows Server and Active Directory knowledge

Good networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall, switches, routers

Working knowledge of Linux administration

Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, or Bash

Self-directed with clear written communication skills for remote collaboration
