MEP Engineer

Project Location: Colombo

Preferred Requirements

Proven experience managing MEP works in building construction projects.
Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects is an advantage.
Good knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, Fire Protection, ELV, and Building Services.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and coordinate multidisciplinary works.
B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent qualifications with strong practical site experience.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and coordinate all MEP works on site.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, and finishing teams.
Review drawings, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning, handover, and project documentation.
